Metro Police say they have located a missing teen who communicates only through sign language and they feared might have been in severe emotional distress.
The 18-year-old man may have also needed medical attention, police said. He was last seen about 6 p.m. Sunday near Freedom Park in the 800 block of North Mojave Road, police said.
Metro announced about 7:15 p.m. Monday that the teen had been located and was safe. No additional details were released.
