A 25-year-old Las Vegas motorcyclist was killed in a crash with a car Wednesday morning near Rainbow Boulevard and Sahara Avenue, according to Metro Police.
The wreck was reported about 9:40 a.m. on Rainbow and Tara Avenue, police said.
The motorcyclist was speeding southbound on a 2015 Kawasaki ZX636-F when it hit a Ford Fusion that was turning left on Tara, police said.
The motorcyclist died at the scene, while the motorist sustained minor injuries, police said.
This was the 74th fatality Metro has investigated on the roads it patrols.
