A high-rise condominium near the Strip has sold for just over $16 million, according to a news release from a real estate firm.
Realtor Michael McGraw of Elite Realty sold the 15,000-square-foot condo at The Martin — located just west of Interstate 15 between Flamingo Road and Harmon Avenue — for $16.25 million. The tower was originally part of the Panorama Towers complex.
The transaction is believed to represent, according to McGraw, the most expensive condo sale in Nevada history.
The buyer of the top-floor condo was not identified.
“We listed in October, right in the middle of the pandemic,” McGraw said. “Several agents thought I was crazy for taking such a listing at such a difficult time, but from the minute we listed the property, interest piqued. Potential buyers came from all over, but this property is so unique that it needed the right buyer to fit the extraordinary space that it is.”
With about 2,000 square feet of balcony and outdoor space, the penthouse features scenic panoramic views of not only the Strip and nearby Allegiant Stadium, but also much of the rest of the Las Vegas Valley.
The condo has two master bedrooms and an additional three guest bedrooms, along with seven bathrooms and a gym.
