Cam Gray has spent most of his Bishop Gorman football career playing in the secondary.

But earlier this season the senior volunteered to help with the scout team at running back. In the second half of a 62-0 win against Legacy, coaches called Gray’s number and he found the end zone for his first high school touchdown.

“I thought that was amazing for a kid who has worked his butt off and done so much to help this program,” Gorman coach Brent Browner said.

Micah Alejado passed for four touchdowns and about 190 yards, Styles Stockham rushed and passed for a touchdown, and Elija Lofton had 150 yards and a pair of scores.

Sophomores Micah Kaapana and Devon Rice also had rushing touchdowns.
