Gavin Brown passed for 185 yards and accounted for five touchdowns tonight to lead the Virgin Valley football team to a 52-0 win against visiting Western.
Brown tossed touchdown passes to Cameron Perkins, Jimmy Kelly, Jared Jensen and Benson Leavitt. He also rushed for a score.
Kellen Dugan carried the ball 14 times for 100 yards and a score. Next week, Virgin Valley travels to rival Moapa Valley for the annual Hammer Game.
“It’s always fun when you play Moapa,” Virgin Valley coach Matt Woods said. “It’s usually pretty intense.”
