A man was shot to death Monday in an altercation over drugs, according to Metro Police.
Officers responding to a reported shooting about 11 p.m. in the 800 block of Rancho Drive found the victim in a parking lot with an apparent gunshot wound, police said.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
The shooter fled, police said.
