Hunter Moore rushed for 122 yards and a touchdown on 22 carries tonight for the Boulder City football team in a 37-7 victory against visiting Eldorado.

Quarterback Jacob Bryant completed 8 of 10 passes for 106 yards, connecting four times for 81 yards to Kanon Welbourne. Bryant also rushed for two scores.

Gabriel Richey and Chase Jappe added rushing touchdowns for the Eagles, who improved to 5-1 overall and 2-0 in league play.

Boulder City hosts Slam Academy next week in what’s necessarily the league championship game. A win would give the Eagles a first round bye in the playoffs.

“We are happy with where we are at right now, but next week is the big one,” Boulder City coach Chris Morelli said. “It going to be a battle, and we are expecting it.”
