Massiah Mingo’s 99-yard touchdown return in the fourth quarter today for the Desert Pines football team to help the Jaguars beat Faith Lutheran 38-13.
UNLV commit Greg Burrell had touchdown runs of 13, 33 and 11 yards to give the Jaguars a win in their season opener.
AJ Stowers connected with Niqel Junor for a 37-yard scoring strike to account for Desert Pines’ other points.
For Faith, kicker Caden Chittenden had a pair of field goals, and quarterback Garyt Odom rushed for a 23-yard touchdown.
