A suspect has been arrested in a fatal shooting in October at an apartment complex in the northwest valley, according to Metro Police.
Kenny Richard, 43, was booked Tuesday at the Clark County Detention Center on a count of open murder, police said.
Officers responded about 10:40 p.m. on Oct. 5 to a report of a shooting in the 2100 block of Citrus Hills Avenue, police said.
The victim was found with multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
Investigators believe the victim arrived at the apartment complex shortly before he was shot, police said.
