The Las Vegas Aces are moving their July 2 home game against the Indiana Fever from Michelob Ultra Arena at Mandalay Bay to the larger T-Mobile Arena, the team announced today.

Indiana holds the top pick in the upcoming WNBA Draft and is expected to select University of Iowa star Caitlin Clark.

Clark has proven to have immense popularity, helping bring a record 12.3 million viewers last weekend for an Elite Eight game against LSU.

This would be Clark’s first game at Las Vegas. Michelob Ultra has a seating capacity of 12,000, while T-Mobile can accommodate 20,000 fans.

The Aces are one of the few teams in the league that doesn’t need Clark’s appearance to enhance ticket sales.

The two-time defending WNBA champion Aces have the strongest fan support in the league, earlier this year becoming the first team in league history to sell out its season ticket allotment, according to the Aces.
