A medical episode is suspected in a two-vehicle crash this morning in the Spring Valley area, according to Metro Police.
The crash was reported about 9 a.m. at Flamingo Road and Torrey Pines Drive, police said.
One person was taken to a hospital in critical condition, police said.
Police advised people to avoid the area as officers continued to investigate.
