I am so tired of hearing about the Democrats waging class warfare against the rich. The real class warfare is being waged by Republicans against the poor and middle class.
If you look at the services that Republicans want to cut, they all benefit those on the lower end of the economic scale. If you look at the taxes they want to raise, again, the burden falls squarely on the shoulders of the poor and middle class.
The myth that rich people create jobs when they’re taxed less is just that — a myth. The fact that so many people believe it is a tragedy.
