All serious blackjack players should boycott these "party pits". In the picture, they're even doing it on the cheap. The Rio and Planet Hollywood at least give you (or used to) an "eye candy" dealer along with the dancer. It looks like the casino in the picture gives you the plain old dogface dealer. It kinda reminds me of the cocktail waitresses in the regional casinos around the country where they squeeze a 200+ pound woman into an outfit that was designed 36-24-36...
