First, I would be happy with either of the two. Each has his strengths and weaknesses, however, both are players who would thrive in Kruger's system.

Second, Ernie what are you talking about with this staff's inability to develop "project players?" Let me think: Curtis Terry, Rene Rougeau, and Joel Anthony come to mind right off the top of my head.

You have an entire coaching staff full of point guards. I think they could develop either one.

@ Devgpaul

Referencing AM, how many games are you going back when you say "in the last few"? The last 3 games he has only had one turnover per. I think he is doing a lot better at playing within himself recently.

Yeah, you are right Ryan, but Fisher does it every time SDSU plays the Rebels. Last year it was White and Spain. I seem to remember they both played pretty good games at the T&M.

I'm fine with a coach using "mind games," but Fisher's game is getting really old.

mormonwithabrain,

You're on the wrong site. The quasi-intellectual, spaghetti armed, outcasts (who try to make themselves feel better by gathering together to complain about everyone else wasting resources on recreational activities that they would have given their right arm to excel in), meet over on the RJ site. Their you can find the rest of your ilk trying to work out their issues with society by projecting a false air of superiority. BTW I doubt that either part of your username is true.

Glaring, and the occasional shove, does not = in-fighting by any stretch. And don't discount KW Lenny, he has shown himself to be pretty scrappy the last few practices this year. In particular he has shown a surprising talent for collecting rebounds.

I have been thrilled with the intensity so far this year, a welcome change to the through-the-motions practices a year ago.

I actually just wanted to compliment you on Tark's blogs Rob. I enjoy them immensely, and look for them every time I visit this site.

Coach - From the outside looking in, it seems that Kruger has embraced the past more willingly and certainly more consistently than his predecessors. Does it feel that way from your perspective?

When did Kansas become part of the East Coast? Also out of Florida, Kansas St., and Illinois, only Florida missed the NCAA's in Kruger's final year. I don't think I would characterize his career as building teams up to let them fall.
