19th Annual International UFO Conference. Convention and Film Festival
February 21-27, 2010

The IUFOC welcomes more than thirty researchers and authors from around the world, including Jaimie Maussan, Travis Walton, Richard Dolan, Stan Romanek, and many more. They’ll all be here for one amazing week to bring the best of all the new research relating to UFO's and the paranormal. Experiencer Sessions will be led by Mary Rodwell of the Australian Close Encounter Resource Network and will be presenting testimony from over 1,600 contact cases in her lecture. Convention mainstays such as the Speaker Cocktail Party, week-long Film Festival, and Saturday night EBE Awards Banquet will also be a part of this year's conference.

Wings and Wildlife Festival
March 11-15, 2010

Take a walk on the wild side of Laughlin! From bald eagles to bats to raccoons, a surprising variety of birds and wildlife make their home along the Colorado River in and around Laughlin, Nevada. Join bird and wildlife specialists on complimentary tours of this wildlife oasis in the Mohave Desert. Laughlin River Stampede PRCA Rodeo
March 25-28, 2010

This four-day event will feature America’s best cowboys and cowgirls competing in several fast-paced, spine-tingling events for more than $225,000 in prize money. Special attractions include the appearance of Miss Rodeo America, rodeo displays, merchandise, crafts and food/beverage concessions. Various Laughlin hotels plan to offer top-name country music entertainment in the evening to enhance the rodeo experience. Laughlin Xtreme Bulls
April 10-11, 2010

The annual Laughlin Xtreme Bulls hits town as spring weather warms the air. This premier PRCA sanctioned event features 40 of the top bull riders who will take their shot at a $60,000 purse and the Laughlin Xtreme Bulls title. All 40 riders will compete in the long go-round, both Saturday and Sunday. The top 12 finalists compete in the Sunday finals. Laughlin will also welcome the baddest, meanest, rankest one-ton athletes in the world! Laughlin River Run
April 21-25, 2010

More than 60,000 motorcycle enthusiasts will roar into Laughlin for the 27th anniversary of the Laughlin River Run. This five-day event is the largest Harley-Davidson-oriented event on the West Coast. Activities include stunt shows; the Harley-Davidson lifestyle tradeshow; traveling museum; the “River Run” to Oatman, Arizona, on historic Route 66; custom bike shows; the Miss River Run contest; and a poker run. Weekend of Wheels
May 2010

This second annual event will feature cars, cars and more cars – plus! Various activities will include Show ‘n’ Shines; Slow Drag, Burn-out and Roaring Engine competitions; a Poker Trivia Walk; Free Live Oldies Music and Entertainment; Peoples Choice/Crowd Pleaser trophies and awards; drawings and giveaway prizes, vendors; and a Car & Parts Corral. Spectators of all ages will delight in this town-wide event that is open to all years, makes and models of classic vehicles including vintage, originals, hot rods, street rods, competition and customs. Rockets Over The River
July 4, 2010

Just after dark on July 4, the huge 19th annual Rockets Over The River fireworks display will be free for public viewing along the entire Laughlin River Walk. Typically, this extraordinary display is one of the most spectacular and exciting in the West as the pyrotechnic company shoots its rockets into the dark desert sky. The show will be choreographed to fabulous patriotic music that will be simulcast by the Laughlin hotels and local radio stations. You won’t want to miss this breathtaking event!
